Menu for 01 November 2011 (£50 pp with wagyu request!)

  1. Steamed broccoli, scallop roe & egg vinegar, Shetland oyster dirty martini.
  2. West coast scallop sashimi, powdered lime and wasabi.
  3. Chanterelle tenpura, pine needle salt.
  4. Seared grade 6 wagyu beef, wagyu fat honey roasted pumpkin.
  5. Nigiri of soy braised mackerel, Barley miso soup.
  6. Roasted sweet chestnuts with gunpowder tea.
