A day of inspiriation!
"Where has your restaurant gone?"a lot of people have been asking me in the last year. I have usually replied "I have a 20 seat restaurant in my studio flat!", meaning that I have all the equipment, plates and decorations for a Japanese restaurant ready to go for the next time...
Having a usual trawl for inspiration on the net, I came across a fair few posts about underground restaurants in London and...!? guess what? I DO have a Japanese restaurant in my studio flat!!
So, enough time wasted, first event on Tuesday! Wish me luck and photos to follow...
